Olivia was a native of Shelbyville TN and had lived there most of her life until relocation to Cleveland approximately ten years ago. She was born on January 22 1931, a daughter of the late Odus and Mattie Barnett. Olivia was of the Baptist faith and a member of the Valley View Baptist Church. She was an accomplished seamstress, quilter, and knitter. She also loved gardening and was an avid reader. In addition to her parents, she is preceded in death by her husband Myles Wilson Donegan and three sisters, Rachel Lowe, Belly Reed, and Marion Moulder. Olivia leaves behind to cherish her memory, one daughter and son-in-law, two sons and daughters-in-law, two sisters, ,eleven grandchildren, seven great-grand children, numerous other extended family members and the friends in her senior adult group from Valley View Baptist Church. A memorial celebration is planned at the Valley View Baptist Church located in Cleveland, with the Reverend David Tuten officiating. The family will receive friends at the church. A second visitation is planned at the Shelbyville First Church of the Nazarene located in Shelbyville. The family request that in lieu of flowers, memorials be made to the Valley View Baptist Church in Olivia's memory.
