She was born June 20, 1959 in St. Louis, MO. daughter of the late David and Marion Crowe Harmon. Kathy and David Locke were united in marriage in May 1991. Kathy was known to be wild and free and never met a stranger. She loved her family and Friends and enjoyed gardening, being outdoors, walking creeks and gazing at the stars and moon. She is survived by her loving husband David Locke; two daughters Erica Holshouser of Jackson, MO., Victoria Locke of Sikeston, MO.; brother Jim (Jeanne) Harmon of Kansas City, MO.; sister Susie (Lester) Guyon of Florissant, MO., granddaughter Kylie Kiefer. Kathy is preceded in death by her parents, one brother Ronnie Harmon, two sisters Marilyn Crawford and Carletta Jones. A Memorial Service will be arranged on a later date.
