Clementine Lee "Clemmie" (Sibley) Osterman was born on February 26, 1894 in Virginia, the daughter of Thomas H Sibley (ca 1840– ) and Mary Louise (Major) Sibley.
She was married about 1914 (in Maryland?) to Paul Leo Osterman (1890–1970), the son of William Jacob Osterman (1859–1896) and Catherine A "Kate" (Stone) Osterman (1866–1946).
Living at 822 Battlefield Drive in Nashville, Davidson County, Tennessee, she was 45 years old and married when she died of septic peritonitis on July 24, 1939 at Saint Thomas Hospital. Burial was two days later in Calvary Cemetery.
