Mary Lynne Lamb, 81, passed away in her home on October 15, 2024, in Bremerton, WA. She peacefully went to heaven with her husband by her side as he was singing “Jesus Loves Me”. Lynne was born to James and Susan Buck (Darr) in San Francisco, CA, on December 5,1942. Her family moved to Los Angeles where she was raised and graduated from Hollywood High School in 1960. Lynne worked at Willard’s department store following graduation. She married Doug Morra and they had a daughter Kate in 1973 residing in Carson City, NV. A few years after Doug’'s passing, Lynne married Richard Lamb in 1992 after meeting at a local church. Lynne worked for 26 years as a cashier for Albertsons in Carson City. She loved her customers and left a lasting impression on them. Lynne was known for her quick wit and silly sense of humor. She had a wonderful way of complimenting others in an unique, articulate way to make you feel special. She had a love and passion for animals but especially for cats! Lynne was preceded in death by her parents, sister Joan, brother-in-law Sal, nephew Raull, brother John and many kitties. She has left behind her loving husband Rich, daughter Kate and step children, wonderful sister-in-law Jackie (John), special nieces Leslie (Brian) and Jeri (Mike), many other nieces, nephews, friends and dear friends Cindy, Sally, Pam and Patty.
