Nathaniel died in 1812 in the Illinois Territory. (They had several children.) Arabella married John Walton HARRINGTON about 1812 in NC. They were coming to Texas when John was killed in a sawmill accident in Arkansas. She arrived in Texas in the 1820s while it was still under Mexican rule and settled in present day Brenham, Washington County.
