She had resided at Belmont most of her life' Surviving are her husband Alva Thurman of Belmont; a son Chester Staples of Belmont; two step-sons, Keith and Rich ard Thurman both of Iowa; two brothers Rudolph and Clarence Flagg of Belfast; a sister Mrs Ethel Way of Belfast; six grandchildren; one aunt; several nieces and nephews. Funeral services will be conducted at the Rackliffe Funeral Home Belfast Wednesday at 2 p m with the Rev Willis P Spaulding, pastor of the First Baptist Church officiating.
