SEATTLE MAN DROWNS OFF KAUAI • LIHUE - A Seattle man who drowned while body surfing off Kauai Friday was identified as Willis Harvey Rogers, 46, who was visiting with his fiancee. Police said Rogers was body- surfing at Anahola Beach, got into difficulty and yelled for help. He reportedly was still breathing but unconscious when be was brought to shore, but couldn't be revived.
