Bio-KUYKENDALL Luur
This is the record of the baptism of our first ancestor born in this country, Luur Jacobsen Van Kuykendall. This one per son constituted the whole of the first generation of the Kuykendall family in America. There is no record of any other son having been born in the family, and the father died six years later. It has been shown that this son grew up and married in the Hudson River Valley, near where the city of Kingston now is. His children formed the whole of the second generation, now to be considered
