Rachel B. Low, wife of Fowler H. Low, age 55, passed away June 5, 1991. Mrs. Low was born in tne wneei community, uearoro county, ane made her home in Nashville where she attended Belmont College and was an active member of the First Baptist Church, Downtown, Nashville.
Mrs. Low is survived by her husband, Fowler B. Low, a daughter, Sheila Kaye Low-Smith, Franklin, Tenn.; a son, Fowler B. Low, Jr., Lawrenceville, Ga.; four grandchildren, sisters, Mrs. Sarah Mae McGowan, Mrs. Martha Syble Norman, Nashville; Mrs. Olivia Bell Donegan, Mrs. Marion Moulder of Bedford County and Mrs. Betty Louise Reed of Trousdale County.
Her parents were the late Odus Barnett and Mattie Bell Liggett Bamett of Bedford County.
Memorial services for Mrs. Low will be conducted in the Sanctuary of First Baptist Church, 7th and Broad at 10:30 a.m. on Saturday, June 8, 1991. Dr. H. Franklin Paschall and Dr. Lloyd Elder will officiate. Following the service the family will receive friends in the Narthex of the church. In lieu of visitation at the funeral home, those who wish may make memorial contribution to the Alive Hospice of Nashville or the Dan Rudy Cancer Center, St. Thomas Hospital in Nashville.
