Lowell Anderson Smith, age 79, of Pleasant View, Tennessee, died Sunday, December 28th, 2014 at St. Thomas Midtown Hospital in Nashville.
Funeral services will be conducted on Wednesday, December 31st, at 11 o'clock am in the chapel of Austin & Bell Funeral Home in Pleasant View with Bro. Ronnie Anderson and Bro. David Royalty officiating.
Burial will follow in Joelton Hills Memory Gardens with David Smith, Travis Binkley, Daniel Anderson, Lee McDole, Jody Randolph, and Larry Randolph serving as pallbearers.
Mr. Smith was born on June 15, 1935 in Dickson, Tennessee to the late Allan and Lillian Baggett Smith.
He was retired from Emmanuel Stained Glass Studio where he worked as a stained glass glazier and was a member of Pleasant View First Baptist Church.
In addition to his parents, he is preceded in death by his brother, A.P. Smith, Jr. and sister, Martha Varela.
He is survived by his wife of 58 years, Bobbie A. Smith; son, Steven A. (Lori) Smith of Pleasant View; daughter, Beth (Kevin) Jarrell of Pleasant View; sisters, Joyce McDole of Hermitage, Judy (Wilburn) Jones of Nashville, Elizabeth Woodward of Nashville; grandchildren, Lea Ann Binkley, Paige Scott, Kyndall Cart, Mackenzie Anderson, Anna Jarrell, David Smith, Amya Jarrell, Lauren Smith; and great-grandchildren, Jace Anderson and Zoey Anderson.

Visitation will be Friday, September 5, 2003 from 4 p.m. until 8 p.m., at Phillips Robinson Funeral Home and Saturday, September 6, 2003 from 9 a.m. until service time.
Funeral services will be Saturday, September 6, 2003 at 1 p.m., from the chapel of Phillips Robinson Funeral Home. Graveside services will be at 3:30 p.m., in Greenwood Cemetery in Clarksville, TN. Officiating will be Rev. James Sasser and Rev. Dan Spross.
Pallbearers will be family.

Funeral services will be held at Austin & Bell Funeral Home in Pleasant View, Thursday, May 2nd, at 11:00AM with Pastor Brad Shockley officiating. Burial will follow in Joelton Hills Memory Gardens with Kevin Jarrell, David Smith, Josh Poole, Daniel Anderson, Eric Thaler, and Chris Allen serving as pallbearers. Jace Anderson, Jody Randolph, Grady Dorris, and Lee McDole will serve as honorary pallbearers.
The family will receive friends at the funeral home, Wednesday, May 1st, from 4-8:00PM and again on Thursday from 9:00AM until the hour of service at 11:00AM.
Mrs. Smith was born on September 8, 1938 in Franklin, Kentucky to the late Robert and Annabelle Randolph Sesnan. She retired as an Editorial assistant with Lifeway Christian Book store. She was a devoted mother, a doting grandmother, and a member of the Pleasant View First Baptist Church.
In addition to her parents, she is preceded in death by her husband, Lowell A. Smith; sister, Carolyn Dorris; and a great-grandson, Knox Poole.
Mrs. Smith is survived by a son, Steven (Lori) Smith; daughter, Beth (Kevin) Jarrell; brother, Jimmy (Pam) Sesnan; grandchildren, Lea Ann Binkley, Paige (Josh) Poole, Kyndall Cart, Mackenzie (Daniel) Anderson, Anna Jarrell, David Smith, Amya Jarrell, and Lauren Smith; and great-grandchildren, Jace Anderson, Zoey Anderson, and Camden Poole.
