Senora Annona "Dolly" Joiner, 85, died at 5:30 a.m. today at Pinecrest Manor nursing home, where she was a resident. Services will be at 2 p.m. Friday at Fuqua-Hinton Funeral Home with the Revs. Bobby Lowery and Ralph McConnell officiating and burial in Riverside Cemetery. A native of Stewart County, Tenn., she was born March 18, 1905, daughter of the late Thomas Terry and Mary Molly Reese Turner. She was a member of Concord Baptist Church. Her husband, Roy Wesley Joiner, died in 1965, and a daughter, Molly Whitaker, died in 1978. Survivors include six sons, James, Marvin and Gene Joiner, all of Hopkinsville, Daniel Joiner, Pembroke, Ray Joiner, Cookeville, Tenn., and Dorris Joiner, Fountain, Fla,; four daughters, Gustie Long, Christian County, and Alice Hancock, Sarah Brake and Judy Grady, all of Hopklnsville; a sister, Maybell Gibbs, Portland, Term.; and 30 grandchildren and nine great-grandchildren. https://www.findagrave.com/memorial/89018501/senora_annona_joiner
