  [S6040] FindAGrave Old World, Elizabeth Sedgwick Greene 1570-1650. Elizabeth was born in February of 1570, in Riby, Lincolnshire, England. She was baptised in St. Edmund's Church on February 24, 1570, the daughter of Francis and Joan Sedgwick. On November 12, 1592, she married William Heaton at St. Margaret's Church in Habrough, Lincolnshire. Elizabeth and William had eight children. Seven were baptised at Habrough, one at Great Limber, Lincolnshire. It seems that they were living in Habrough through 1602, because William was a churchwarden there and their children were baptised there. William was a churchwarden in Great Limber in 1608, so they must have moved there between 1602 and 1605, when they had a child baptised in Great Limber. William died in 1616, and Elizabeth was named named to administer his estate. In May, 1617, Elizabeth married William Greene.
