She was preceded in death by: Parents- Thomas Boyd & Lena Calhoun, Husband- Dennie Allen, One Son - Howard Allen, One Grand Child - Melanie Ann Herndon, Two Brothers- Tommy Dale Calhoun, Bennie B. Calhoun, One Sister In Infancy & One Son In Law - Richard Calhoun. Arrangements are being handled by Goodwin Funeral Home, Inc., 138 Main St. in Cadiz, KY where the family will receive friends after 4:00 PM on Saturday, June 6, 2015. Funeral Service will be at Goodwin Funeral Home at 3:00 PM Sunday, June 7, 2015. Burial will follow at Allen Cemetery in Cadiz, KY.

She is survived by one son, Bobby Allen of Cadiz; two daughters, Sue Calhoun of Cadiz and Patty Herndon of Provo, Utah; eight grandchildren; two step-grandchildren; nine great-grandchildren; and three great-great-grandchildren.
She was preceded in death by her husband, Dennie Allen; one son, Howard Allen; one grandchild, Melanie Ann Herndon; two brothers; and one infant sister. Her parents were Thomas Boyd and Lena Calhoun.
Services will be at 3 p.m. Sunday, June 7, 2015, at Goodwin Funeral Home in Cadiz. Burial will follow at Allen Cemetery in Cadiz. Friends may call after 4 p.m. Saturday, June 6, 2015, at the funeral home.
