" A native of Meridian, Miss., Mrs. Hamilton was a daughter of Mr. and Mrs. George W. Bishop. She was a member of Woodbine Methodist Church. Mrs. Hamilton was the widow of Lonie W. Hamilton Sr. Survivors include a son, Lonie W. Hamilton Jr., Chicago; two daughters, Mrs. Rose Marie Hartley and Mrs. Thomas E. Summers, both of Nashville: five sisters, Mrs. Mattie Shanks, Mrs. Virgie Worthen, and Mrs. Mary Alice Boswell, all of Meridian, and Mrs. Mamie Miles and Mrs. Maude Trest, both of New Orleans; two brothers, Allen Bishop, Meridian, and John Bishop, Oak Ridge, and four grandchildren.
