Son of O J Newcomb and Mary Perry. He married Margaret E Price in 1901. They are the parents of Margaret Ellen Newcomb Lake Hanks and Lovette Maud Newcomb.
Margaret was committed to the Montana asylum in 1909 and Guy left for Washington State soon after.
Lovette died of Scarlet Fever in Mar 1910.
Guy would then marry Minnie Van Horn and with her had several more children.
He worked as a telegraph operator with the Milwaukee Railroad in Seattle.
His death was attributed to a cerebral hemorrhage stemming from luetic (syphilitic) endarteritis.
His first wife died in the Montana asylum in 1957 after a stay of over 27 years. She is buried on the asylum grounds.
