He was married about 1889 to Betty Bagwell (1872-1954), the daughter of James Bagwell and Lizzie (Edwards) Bagwell.

A farmer, Mack passed away on January 25, 1927 in Montgomery County with burial the next day in Yarbrough {and that would be Mllie Yarbrough} Cemetery.
