  [S6040] FindAGrave Old World, Marguerite Messervy Poingdestre 1550-1605. Marguerite was the daughter of Clement and Catherine Lempriere Messervy, probably born about 1550 on the Isale of Jersey. Clement was a jurat of the Royal Court, and Catherine was a daughter of Thomas Lempriere, Bailiff of Jersey. The records of St. Saviour's parish tell that on January 17, 1562, Marguerite married Edouard Poingdestre. They had at least two children.
