News-COLLIER Gary (Trial of LaFond and Woodfin)
Oct 22 1983 Gary Collier of Irvine Calif a customer at Danny's, an Owens topless club on Airways Boulevard, is killed in the club's parking lot. Witnesses initially tell police that Collier hit his head on a door facing. Police later determine he had his head run up against a brick wall a few too many times, a penalty for fondling a dancer and then not paying her fee. Two club employees, Ira John
